🍿 Film times
Please note we are screening two films on the day.
The first film is The Greatest Showman gates open at 4:30 pm, and the film starts at 5:30 pm.
The second film is Mamma Mia, the gates open at 8 pm, and the film starts at 9 pm.
🚗 Location
When you arrive at the racecourse (off roman rd), head immediately left in the car park, and park there you will then make your way into the racecourse and down to the racetrack, where we are setup in the area just before the track
☀️ Weather
Please bring warm clothing, blankets and chairs. Please take note in what the weather is doing and VERY much look out for our updates especially if the weather is unsettled. In high winds the screening may not be able to take place and the decision to postpone may be made on the morning of the event, although not ideal, its the last resort to trying to make the event happen.
🪑 No seating provided unless VIP is purchased.
🍱 Food/Drink
We do have a catering truck on site that will be delivering loaded fries and a bar guest can bring their own picnics should they wish to.
🎥 What to expect ? When you arrive, Music will be playing through the speakers, whilst you sit and chill with your friends and family, so enjoy some friend/family time in some beautiful surroundings. PLEASE NOTE : Any family screenings that we show will have children, and whilst we try and keep the screenings as quiet as possible, exceptions will be made in these scenarios.

🚬 If you feel like smoking or vaping, you're more than welcome to do so on site but please try to head to the side or back of the event. We just want to make sure everyone's having a good time and not bothered by smoke. Thanks!
If it looks like we're going to get some serious rain, we'll have to cancel. But if it's just a light drizzle, we'll still be on!
🚮 Rubbish: Your all superheros! Let's keep our city sparkling clean! Remember to use the bins provided or take your rubbish home with you. Together, we can save the world!

⛔️ We can't have any boozehounds here! We want everyone to have a good time and sip a little drink', but we also want you all to be smart about it. If you start slurring your words and wobbling around, we might have to kindly ask you to call it a night. So let's have fun, but let's keep our wits about us!
Finally.. If you're joining us, don't forget to bring some warm clothes, a torch and extra layers. Make sure you have the right footwear for the weather that day too! Oh, and just a heads up, no BBQs allowed. Thanks!
